This notice concerns the Syllèctis prelaunch website and its updates and feedback forms, not a released collector application. Updated 11 September 2026.
Who is responsible and how to contact us
Syllèctis operates this prelaunch website and is in the process of incorporation in Nova Scotia, Canada. For privacy questions, access, correction or deletion requests, feedback inquiries, or withdrawal of email permission, contact info@syllectis.com. Our temporary mailing address for these purposes is 1406 - 1650 Granville Street, Halifax, NS, CA, B3J 0E1.
Information you choose to share
Stay in the Loop collects your required email address, optional first name and affirmative updates consent to send occasional development news and launch updates. Help Shape Syllèctis collects your collecting stage, views on the idea, selected priorities, requested improvements, interest level, honest reaction and how you heard about us. Some questions are optional. It also records the feature that prompted your visit when applicable. Name and email are optional for feedback unless you request email updates or feedback follow-up. Your permission to store and review feedback is required; updates and follow-up are separate, optional choices. Giving an email or allowing feedback follow-up does not subscribe you to updates.
How information is handled
Framer hosts this website and processes form submissions. Updates and feedback go to separate private Google Sheets; configured submission notifications are delivered to an owner-controlled Gmail mailbox. These services process information on our behalf, and their service providers may process information outside Canada. Access to response storage is restricted to the owner and any expressly authorized collaborators. We use answers for Syllèctis development and the communications you choose, not for selling responses, publishing attributed feedback or uploading it to public AI tools. We use restricted access and provider security measures, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Records include the form and consent-text versions, consent choices and form source, together with submission metadata supplied by the receiving services. These records help us manage permissions. An unchecked updates box on feedback does not withdraw an earlier subscription. No confirmation email or automated newsletter service is promised by signing up.
How long we keep information
We keep active update-subscription information while the subscription relationship continues and stop sending after withdrawal. We manually review identifiable prelaunch feedback after 24 months and delete personal information or records no longer reasonably necessary. We retain only consent and unsubscribe/suppression records reasonably necessary to document permissions and prevent unwanted future emails. This is a manual review process, not automatic deletion. Deletion handling includes response sheets and notification copies under our control; provider backup and recovery copies follow the providers’ applicable processes.
Your choices and requests
Email info@syllectis.com to withdraw updates or feedback-contact permission, ask about your information, request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. There is no fee, login or required reason for unsubscribing. We stop sending without delay and process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days. Future update emails will identify Syllèctis and include contact details and an unsubscribe route that remains usable for at least 60 days after the message. We retain the minimum suppression information needed to avoid sending again accidentally.
Visiting this website
The website includes Framer site analytics. Hosting, analytics and submission protection can involve technical information about visits, browsers, networks and interactions. Feedback without a name or email is therefore not described as completely anonymous. This notice does not cover future application data practices. Please do not submit watch serial numbers, purchase documents or other sensitive information.
